In the best case, the tournament database should work without the need for an administrator. Every date should be administered by the person, who entered the date. Proposals for changes or improvements should be communicated to that person. (If Edit or Delete is selected, the appropriate personal information will be shown).

Integrate the tournament-database into your website? I would gladly place the tournament-database at your proposal:
It works in this way:
I create a webpage on my server (ie.: tournament_ultimate_yourname.php).
You integrate that webpage into your website. You could do that for example by using frames.
The layout can be adapted to your website by using a CSS-file (which resides on your server).
